In the exercise tab of the app, you can see your own activity goals and how they progress.
When you log an exercise in the app, the duration and distance of the exercise will be benchmarked towards the goals you´ve set.
1- Set your activity goals
1. Click on the "Update activity goals" | 2. You´ll see duration and distance. |
|
|
3. Select your daily duration goal | 4. Select your daily distance goal |
|
|
2- View your daily, weekly and monthly achievements
The Furry Fitness app will automatically create your weekly and monthly goals based on the daily goals you´ve set.
Explained: if you set a daily goal of 2 hours of activity, that will be 14 hours a week and 60 hours a month (we use 30 days in a month for the calculation). The same logic applies to your distance goal.
Now it´s just a matter of getting out with your dog and using the exercise tracking in the app! 👟🐶.
PS! If you are doing regular training and have a fixed weekly distance goal, divide that goal by seven (7) and apply it as a daily average in the app. I.e. you want to log 70km per week of training, divide that by 7, and add 10km per day of training.
3- Update whenever you want to
You can update your goals at any time you want to. The activity goal dashboards get automatically updated then.
